When the profession becomes a vocation
During my business studies, I worked as a fitness trainer and completed many certifications. To gain a better understanding of the human body, I did internships in physical therapy clinics. My only thought during that time was: “This can’t be all—there must be a better way to truly help people.”
Shortly after completing my business degree and after unfulfilling jobs in various companies, I began training to become a naturopath and started studying osteopathy in parallel.
It wasn’t until I came into contact with biodynamic osteopathy in my postgraduate studies that I developed a deeper understanding of how body, mind, and soul work together. That’s when I found my true calling.
Biodynamic/bioenergetic osteopathy feels like coming home.
Often, though, we also need to work on other levels. That’s why I like to combine different therapeutic approaches in a way that fits each individual.
Old patterns, emotions, memories, and traumas often keep us stuck in our dysfunctions. Some of them we need to bring into awareness, others we are simply allowed to release. Sometimes, it may even be due to miswired neurological reflexes.
That’s why I’ve equipped myself with a broad set of tools.
My aim is to give my patients and clients back their quality of life as quickly and effectively as possible. It makes me happy to help other people.
In my free time, I mainly do sport. I am passionate about boxing. I am fascinated by martial arts, the art of movement and body control. I rarely teach as a trainer because I prefer to train for myself.
Otherwise, I travel as often as possible, getting to know new cultures and mentalities.
As I would like to spend more time abroad in the future, my aim is to expand my remote treatments. That way I can also help my patients when I’m not on site.
